If a parcel is found to be damaged during transit, it is recommended to refuse the parcel from the courier and reach out to our customer service. In case the parcel has already been delivered in your absence, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country within South Africa.
